How long do you have in mind? If you are thinking about leaving the boat in the water at a slip all summer, I've heard of other people that do this without problem (although it isn't recommended). If you are thinking of taking a week-long beach camping trip, as timmy said make sure the fiberglass repairs are holding, and go for it!
