The oil change video was very helpful but I have a few questions:
1. The video showed two o rings. One on the cover bolt and one inside the cover. Is there a third? Is there a cut sheet or picture that shows all three?
2. I have a non SC 2009 GTI. Can I get a few recommendations for the type of oil to use? Not cheap but not $14 per quart either.
3. One reply recommended warming up the oil. I have read about hooking up a hose to the engine and the proper way to do it buy I can’t find the hose hook up inside or outside my GTI. Any pictures? I did not see it in the manual.

Hey Gary-

Should be 2 rings. What makes you ask?
Amsol, Valvoline, and Castrol (among others) have 'motorcycle oil'. this formula will provide you with specs required for our motors.
Sea Doo sells a oil change pkg. that comes with a gallon of oil, rings, filter and plugs for around $50.
The hose hook up typically is on the external pump support plate tucked away in the upper left hand corner. it is threaded inside to receive the male end of a hose.
Warming the oil is the only way to fly...not hot

Thanks for the info on the oil. I have read threads about three o rings, that is why I asked. Also, I looked but did not find the hose hook up

I also heard about 3 O-Rings... But i never couldn't find/replace the 3rd one at the moment to change the oil to my Seadoo GTX...

You can see the 3 O-Rings in this picture VVVV

Oh btw, as you can see, i used the AmSoil oil... In my research i find out AmSoil makes Bombardier Oil for all Seadoo/Skidoo machines...

Price is the same... :-(

The third thinner o-ring sits at the top ledge of the oil cap and is pinched between the housing and the cap after install.
