99 Sea Doo GTX RFI Stator

I have a 99 seadoo GTX RFI with a 787 in it and i need to change the stator. How hard is it and what does it entail? Im new to seadoos and cant find anything in the manual.

Just remove the MAG cover, and it's bolted to the inside of it. It's not hard... but it will take some time, and the cover is a tight fit.

So i dont have to remove the engine or pull the flywheel or anything like that? Someone was saying i did but i didnt think id have to. Is the mag cover the cover facing the gas tank correct?
