98 Speedster starboard engine wont start

Hey All, I have used my boat about 5 times so far and ran great. Went to put in the water yesterday and the starboard engine just kept turning over but not starting. I swaped the spark plugs and it kept just turning over but never starting. I thought maybe it flooded so today i tried turning it over and the same result. I took the spark plugs out ( they were a little wet) turned it over a few times with no plugs in, re-installed new plugs and still doesn't start. any ideas? Port engine fires right up everytime.

I would start with checking the compression. If that's good, then make sure you have a spark. If you do... then hit it with some starter fluid. I don't normally like to use starter fluid... but if you have a suborn engine... it will make it fire.
