98 Speedster left engine vibrates/very loud

Hello. I bought a 98 Speedster a month or so ago. When I fired up the left engine it made this deep pitched noise and vibrated a lot when i hit the gas. The right engine fired up, and sounded like a normal 2 stroke engine. I took it to the shop and they said the left jet pump needed to be replaced. Well I did the work myself and fired it up today and it's making the SAME noise. Could this be an issue with the drive shaft? Either way...this is pissing me off. lol. I'm thinking of changing the plugs....but I figured a sea doo shop would have figured it out from the start if it was the plugs. I dont know, I'm at a standstill.

install plugs, but grab ahold of motor/pipe, and lift/pull up on it. Your checking for damaged motor mounts.

Thanks for your response. I did that already....mounts are ok. Engine is not wiggling. I took out the plugs on the engine, were covered with oil. So it may not be firing right.
