'98 Seadoo GTS possible hydrolock

My jetski has setup for a year. I have drained the gas and replaced. The ski started and ran for a couple of minutes then shutoff. I removed the carb cover and srayed carb cleaner. The jetski started and ran for a couple of minutes then shutoff again. I tried to restart and ski will not turnover. i took out the plugs and engine would turn over. Replaced plugs and the same thing...it would not start. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

did any fluid shootout with plugs off? If not, try a new/good charged battery.
