Last owner wired a clear red wire with a 30 amp fuse from the battery directly to a stereo and then to the battery on/off switch. I guess to supply power to the stereo without the boat running when turned on. I took out the stereo, but now need to know the correct way to hook up the on/off switch to the battery. If I leave the battery connected I have constant power to the blower, bilge, lights, etc. Thanks, Greg

locate the red cables from the ebox. Those 2-cables go to the one side of post, on your on/off switch. The other post on your switch goes to the battery.

Speedster on/off switch

The e-box on left side of the boat has 2 red wires,1 med. size that goes to the starter, and 1 bigger size that goes to the battery. They look like the right lengths and that they belong there. The right side e-box has 1 med. size that goes directly to the starter on that side. I don't know if the clear red wire that was used for the stereo power that runs from the battery all the way to the on/off was supposed to be there or if it was added when the stereo was put in. Are any of the wires that run to the on/off switch smaller gauge, or are they larger size like battery cables? There doesn't seem to be any missing connection spots from the e-box. I'm stumped and can't find a schematic on-line.

re-run it

Locate/mount your on/off switch. Take the cable from battery ot the one-side post of switch. Then the other post, run 2-cables, one to each e-box, which will mount to each of the relays, inside the box. Leave the other cables from the relays to each of the starters.
