The crankshaft has 6 bearings. The inner 2 have quite a bit of radial play. Is this normal? On the subject of truing or aligning the crankshaft: If all 6 bearings are seated properly how can the crankshaft be in need of alignment? Won't the process of joining the upper and lower housings force the crankshaft into alignment? I am not talking about phasing just alignment.
