i had my 800 xp completely rebuilt at a bombardier dealer and it runs great but after 1 to 2 hours of riding around if i shut it off it won't start and it was running great before i shut it of no bogging or anything then i put new plugs in it and it starts up and runs great again till another couple of hours of riding and stop and starts the plugs look a little wet with oil but they mostly look dirty with gunk and a little burnt so please help

I would verify that the oil pump is set up properly. If the cable came off... the pump will be delivering "Full" oil.

ya i cheacked the oil pump cable and everything is connected properly any other ideas

if it were me i would take it back to where you had it rebuilt sounds like they forgot something. they are supposed to sets the specs on all that stuff when they do work to them.
