96 challenger no beeps no start

I'm selling my 96 challenger and went to do a water test today. I installed a new battery and I accidentally touched the negative wire to the postive terminal on the battery which created a spark. Now I get no beeps when DESS is placed on and no start, but all other electrical in the boat works fine. Could this just be a fuse and easy fix or where should I start

5 amp fuse

Great!

Replaced the 5 amp fuse and she starts right up

You got VERY lucky. That normally kills the MPEM.
