96 787 oil injection hose layout

Do the 2 oil injection lines coming off the rotary valve openings have any bias on which goes to which port on the injector pump? I noticed while priming with a drill one side advances/ pumps then the other. Therefore do I need to have them hooked up in a specific way to get the timing correct?

No, I usually just make sure the hose routing its nice an neat so they don't cross over each other.
