Hi Guys, I have a 95 seadoo GTX with dual carby and I want to change it to a single carby setup. I have another base and single carby setup from a 98 GS which i believe will bolt on to this 95 GTX. Someone said that I have to do some adjustments to the reed valve timing and I was hoping that someone could explain me how its done. I am a car mechanic and know very little about jetski repairs so any help would be highly appreciated.
The reason for me to go to single carby setup is that my dual carby bolts are frozen and the heads are striped and I have to remove the reed valve cover to work on the carbys and also the single carb has a accelerator pump wihich will help in easier startup.
Thanks
