951 Smoke from pisser

I Agree the head surface should've been cleaned prior to assembly, there's way too much debris and corrosion for a decent seal.
The head was cleaned. It was ran through a pressure wash cabinet and resurfaced before I ran it. Thats just the last picture of it I have before I assembled the motor. I cant imagine it had much pitting otherweis my machinist would have advised me to not run it. Regardless im gonna go with pitting as the failure point. No matter how insignificant it looked Im sure that was the source of the blowout.
