95 xp wont start! help!

Im new on here...so forgive me if I come off as completly retarted...because in this field, well, i am.
I recently got a 1995 Seadoo Bombardiar xp given to me by my grandparents. It hasnt been started or driven for a good 8 years. It was winterized properly the last time it was used. The trim motor and the whole setup there was professionally replaced right before it was put away for the 8 years also.

I picked up the jetski last week and got a new battery for it and the thing wont even budge. The engin doesnt turn over, nothing. I read the report on the mechanic that replaced the trim motor and he said there was a fuse problem. Where is the fuze box located in in? any help what so ever would be greatly appreciated!

I believe the fuses are in the white or grey box . The one that has the big wires coming out of it . It just snaps in place ,unsnap it and open it up fuses should have black covers over them .

Yep... check the fuses in the electrical box... but remove the gray cover on the rear of the engine, and try to turn the flywheel by hand.
