hello guys... i have a 95 xp bombardier..
i took it this past weekend to the river and had some issues with it.. in the trailer the seadoo started right up and had no issues.. once i was in the water.. it was acting up, not wanting to start.. fresh battery, new spark plugs, 91 octane fuel, and oil... i hit the start button for a few seconds couple times at a time until it started.. once it was running i had my way with it.. but when i fell same issue..to the point that it would drain my battery.... i could not find the reason why it had a delayed start.. t kind of sounded like fuel was not getting to it.. .. but once it did start i had to let it it and idle for a good 30 seconds until it kick in.. like if it was chocked.. please help

Your seadoo is designed to run on 87 octane. It will run worse with higher octane...and cost more. You might want to clean the carbs and adjust them after there cleaned.
