95 Speedster Upholstery

I'm a real rookie to this boating scene but my 95 Speedster could really use the seats reupholstered. How difficult is it to get the bottom part of the seats out for this? And do I simply loosen bolts from wall in engine compartment for the backs? This boat did not come with any type of book or manual.

There are 4 bolts underneath the seat (As far as I can remember) and access is from the engine compartment. Its tough to get to but you just have to reach underneath and feel your way around.
I am busy putting the seats back on after recovering them...hope I still remember how!

I want to say its 4 10mm bolts, that you'll need a short length socket or a rachet style wrench for an easier but still PIA process...
