95 gtx not getting fuel to carbs

I have a 95 gtx with a 657 dual carb, it has been sitting for an unknown amount of time, I can fire it up with carb spray but I'm not getting fuel to the carbs. If I pull the line off at the carb, I get very little fuel coming out. Any help would be great, I am an automotive tech, new to the watercraft stuff.

fuel selector in, on or res setting?

It is in the on position.

locate the "res" fitting on the tank. Now, the line from the filter to the carb, remove it from the filter, and install it to the "res" fitting on tank. Switch the fuel selector to off, and try to fire ski up. If it works, then either/both the inline filter is bad or the fuel selector switch...either way, you should replacethe grey fuel lines and go thru the carbs.

Thanks I'll give that a try, I was going to replace the grey lines anyway, seen a lot about those getting clogged.
