My cooling system indicator outlet isnt spraying any water out. I disconnected the small hose from the fitting on back of hull and pushed a small wire thew the plastic fitting to check for clogging. It was fine. I ran it wtih hose not connected to plastic fitting on the backthe hull and nothing. i blew threw the hose towards the fitting in the head and its not clogged. I also took that fitting off to check just in case. I know its moving water threw because my exhaust is staying cool to the touch when running in the water. Does it have to be at more than an idle to spray water out the csi? maybe thats my problem? its not over heating and buzzers not going off. I ran a half tank of gas threw it today in the river.I just verified buzzer does buzz. Im thinking my temp sensor is ok but i guess it could possiably be bad? ill test it later but im pretty sure its not overheating. any help is appericated.
thanks!

You have a plug in the cooling system. I would take off each hose, and blow them clear with compressed air. (and the engine ports too)

is there any chance of me blowing water into the engine? i ran it for a few seconds outta the water when i got back. is there any special order i should blow the lines out? should i start out by blowing air into the small line that goes 2 the head because the clog is before there? also could i back flush by using the hose port and clamping the large drain off the head?

Well it takes the heat off the engine so it should be warm but I'm not sure how warm. Have you back flushed it and clean out ports and air Chuck it? Maybe you have a small clog and the water stays in longer and is heating up more than normal. I made a hose adaptor for flushing at home depo last night for 15 bucks and it has a on off valve which is very important if the engine dies and hose still runs it can water flood it. I'm gonna try 2 clean mine all out 2 day or 2 Morrow and hit the water this weekend 2 c if it fixes it. What engine do you have? Have you looked at the water flow chart 2 get an idea what all is going on?

shop manuel.... Well my friend accidently broke the 90* plastic one way fitting comming off the head. Ive been using a bolt with a hose clamp in the hose comming off to plug it up. so i built my own flush tool for about 17$ at lowes. its a hose adaptor into close nipple into a 1/4 turn valve that is bushed down to a 1/4 inch 3"long pipe. it worked quite well and its alot better than that plastic pos that seadoo sells its cheaper 2. I can post pics later. I just undo the clamp and take the bolt out and shove this in the hose comming off the head clamp it down and its ready to go.
so now its back flushed im gonna try 2 hit the river tomorrow and see if that fixed it.

well the back flush did the trick. pisser works fine now :)but my vts quit working uhh! its pissing me off. when the last vts computer went out i had abreak in the wire going to the vts motor from the box I soldered it with heat shrink and re heat shrinked the shroud. should have been fine. this is starting to get expensive. It did how ever run GREAT in both the rivers i went to today. the river was up and the current was swift im not sure if i was cavitating or just had my trim set wrong. i might get my impeller redone.
