So after changing the entire fuel system and getting everything dialed in on my ski, I took it out to the lake the other day...good news it runs amazing now! When I was riding I noticed the water coming out of pee hole in the back by the tie down hook and it was a healthy amount of water at first. Later in the day I noticed no water coming out full throttle. The line that goes from the head of the motor to the pee hole is clear and I saw water in it. I blew out the line and nothing was clogged. The only thing is that the lake was really mossy that day and I kept having to take moss out of my intake grate because it was getting stuck. Any ideas of what it could be?

If it is fed into the pump, it is fed to the engine. Did you back flush the engine? If so, I would pull the hose off the engine and check for flow there while on the hose.

I'm having the same issue on one of the squirters back there. I blew out all the lines and nothing changed. I continued to beat on it all day with no adverse effects but it still bothers me as my wifes 92 shoots water out both holes.

Pull the hose off the engine and fire it up while at the ramp. I would think there will be no water coming from it, but lets just make sure.

It is common for the 2-stroke engines to get a build up of sand in the water ports. I am betting that is your issue...
