S Sportster-2001-951C-Stock Well-Known Member Jun 20, 2019 #2 You're asking about the balance shaft oil, correct? This oil gets replaced pretty quickly with the 2-stroke oil but you do need to start off with oil. 30ml SAE 30 motor oil is the service manual recommendation.
