ok im just putting this 787 in an hx, well i went to go fill the oil tank up with oil and i noticed the oil that circulates in the motor the line filled up instantly and the line going to the oil injection system did not fill up any i ran the motor for about 5 seconds and still nothin only at an idle cranked it up then killed it

any ideas does it only work when engine is running and throttle is given to the motor?

You need to bleed the oil line to the pump, there's a bleed screw on the pump. The oil line to the motor actually lubricates the rotary valve gear and the returns to the tank, and is gravity fed.

I'm interested in your project, can you post some pictures?

assuming the oil injector lines are not filled with oil, after bleeding you will want to run at idle while manually holding the pump wide open to fill the injector lines.

Remove the spark plugs. Ground the lines.
Have someone crank the starter while you hold the oil injection pump wide open. (Or since there are no plugs, you can just hold the throttle).

The bleed screw will get oil from the tank to the pump. No further. Tighten said screw then use above method to push oil from pump to injection holes.

The bleed screw should be a hex

The exact procedure on bleeding the pump is in the seadoo service manual If you don't have one Google it. Wink, Wink Just pick a ski with the 787
