75 lbs front cyl.& 0 in rear cyl , where to start??

OK, so its not getting compression.
but with out digging into it yet.
Where should I start looking first?:ack:

Start looking in the manual, then post or put sko mk/yr/ml in avatar, & in post,
so you can get help. Obviously, tear-down.

Remove the head cyl and observe damages, save money to get new top end and bottom end if the piston has missing parts as they prolly fell into the con rod resulting in bent rod/s, open and inspect everything carefully then get the replacement parts and put the motor back together using sealer where needed and pressure test parts along the way.

0 compression? thats pretty bad, i would think it would pull at least 20 with crazily scored cylinders. top end at a minimum but it might get into more that that.
