5 seater sportster/speeder?

was there a certain model year that rated one of these as 5 passenger or all they all just for 4 persons? Might move up from our ski in a couple of years.

The 96 Challenger, and the 97 Speedster (I think that was the year) and later… they put in a spotter seat facing backwards. So, technically, it has seating for 5… but it is still only rated for 4 people.

My 98 Speedster 16.5 ft has the 4 individulas seats and one in the bow. i would not want to keep someone up there though.
