4 tec reverse bucket

My reverse bucket will not flip back up. Cable appears intact. The threaded end at rear of ski is tightened all the way in. The other end has a formed end that inserts into lever and as best I can tell doesn't really allow for adjustment. The bucket will flip back up fully when lever is forward with just a slight tap on the bucket. Do you guys think the spring could be weak or is there an adjustment I'm missing? Please help! I'm too old to lean back to flip it up all the time.

Check placement of the spring. Can you post a pic?
