2017 gtx 300 starting problem

Starter problem 2017 gtx. I replaced the battery today. Pushing the start button wakes up the display. When I hold the button down to start the machine gives a thud one time but doesn't turn over or start. I'd appreciate any help here. Thanks

load test the battery,,,pull the plugs see if it turns over easier,,,anything in the pump area?

Had this happen too. My issue was the oil sensor cable came unseated. Check and reseat all your cable connections and air hoses esp in and around your battery

Thanks for the info I may try that. I was also told to try the starter solenoid.

Solenoid , wire resistance , bad battery could be the cause. If the battery is load tested and it still does it then usually I just hold the start button for about 5 seconds and then see if any of the cable ends are hot , and that includes the solenoid. If they are all cold then it could be the starter, It is always wise to start with testing the battery first.

I thought it may be the battery. I replaced it.
Bought a solenoid yesterday. If not that it's going in for service. I appreciate the input thanks
