2015 Sea Doo Wake 215 O.T.A.S. Check Engine Fault ??

I was out with the wife today hitting a few waves.. After coming out of nice set of waves it popped "O.T.A.S / Check Engine Light" I currently have 8hrs on the 215. Anyone else having this problem? All service shops are about two hours from me

It is not a common issue. Are you able to get the code?

The code I got was P1550

In the OEM Service Manual error code P1550 is described as O.T.A.S. sensor voltage not plausible.

Possible Cause(s):
Damaged sensor
Damaged circuit wires
Damaged connector or ECU
Open circuit

Service Action:
Check continuity for circuits B-H3, B-H1 and FB-1 ~ FB-5. Refer to Service Manual for locations.

The problem may not be related to the components you replaced, but instead to the wiring, connectors or ECU. At this point you should purchase an OEM service manual in order to locate and test the circuits as outlined in the trouble shooting section.

Awesome thanks for the response! I opened it up checked wiring harness no loose connections :/ Only thing I seen was the harness wasn't secured it was just hanging there, so I fastened it to the frame. Guess I'll try to take it to the dealer sometime next week. If anyone else has any experience with this please chime in..
