2012 see doo Rxt as260 Engine won't turn

Hi everybody looking some help please.
This is the story they been sitting for a quiet time in the engine had water inside so I cleaned up the drain all the water change spark plugs change the oil and started it was running perfect but my oil was milky color so I turned it off change the oil again started again it was working fine then I shut it off and won't even turn the engine I can started I check everything my engine is Half way out but I don't know what's wrong with it I cannot turn to bring it on timing somebody can help me please any ideas

If the water sat in the engine for any real length of time, I'm betting the crank is now seized... That said, pull the pump just in case the impeller bearings are seized, pull the plugs and then see if it will turn over.
