2012 Sea-doo RXT 260 - Fault Code P1615 & P1611

After riding for about 15 min, my 2012 rxt threw codes P1615 and P1611. It went into "limp home" mode and I took it straight into the dock. I just had the entire intercooler system replaced, and the unit was lake tested. This is the second time it has been ridden since then. Any ideas on what might be going on? Could this be related to the work that was just done? I'm not a super mechanic, but am willing to watch videos or take suggestions on what I can look at.
In general, is this a good make and model year of sea-doo?

Make sure your throttle body electrical connector didn't come off. It could have gotten bumped when doing intercooler work. If not, this usually requires a new throttle body probably from getting wet when you had a bad intercooler.

2012 RXT is a great ski. IBR may fail soon but it is 11 years old.
