2012 rxp-x engine light

So I just picked up a 2012 rxp-x with 30 hours on it from our local dealership and on the first ride of the year the check engine came on and I assume went I into limp mode (45 mph max). The ski ran perfectly accept for the limit of power and continuous flash of "check engine"

Any ideas of where to look first ?

What code was it scrolling on the display?

No code...I even checked afterwards to pull the code (set button 5 times) and nothing came up.

That's weird. Usually on the newer ones you don't have to press the SET button to view the code. It will just scroll on the display while the check engine light is on. Once you shut off the ski and started it back up was the light on or off?

Yes the check engine came back on about 3 minutes into the restart but no codes flashed...
