2011 GTX cracked engine?

Today I purchased a 2011 Seadoo GTX. I knew that it did not run but it did turn over with a jump pack. Brought it home, hooked it up to the garden hose and tried to crank it. It would not turn over. Removed the spark plugs and found lots of water in the cylinders. Engine would spin freely and ejected lots of water. Put the spark plugs back in and tried to crank with hose running. It filled up with water again. Removed plugs and vacuumed water out. Tried to crank again with plugs installed and no water running. Would not turn over. Is there any way that the engine is not cracked somewhere?

Never run the water without the engine running. It backflows through the enhaust if it is not running. You can get owner's manual for free on BRPs website for some basic info.

Normal sequence. Start engine. Turn on water. Never run for more than 2-3 minutes (I personally never exceed 1 minute) as the carbon seal will cook if it is not in the water. Turn water off, turn engine off.
