2011 GTI 130 not running well

I have a 2011 Sea-Doo gti 130 and it's not running well at all. The ski doesn't want to do more than 35 mph and it speeds up almost in a jerking motion. The gas in it is brand new and it only has 70 hours on it. Any ideas what could be causing this? Also the temp gauge is fluctuating rapidly going from 150 ish degrees at idle to 320 with the throttle pinned. I'm thinking the temp gauge may be bad

Change the spark plugs as they MUST be near perfect in the 4-tec skis.

It sounds like you have a bad connection though. I’d remove the cables, clean them and where they connect, clean the grounds on the block as well..
