2008 4tec engine on a 2003 GTX SC ?

Hi,

Is there anybody who knows how to run a 2008 engine on a 2003 GTX SC ?

The crankshaft sensor changes, it's not the same value with the 2003 sensor

but is there any way to modify the 2003 ECU to allow this new sensor ?

Better will be for u change the ECU for this engine, there is so many changes on 2008 engine u can buy used one with key on eBay , or u can program your key to the new ECU. But double check parts no for 2008 ECU.

I hope hi is sending u ECU with key, other way u gone need go to dealer to program your key. Also there is two engines 4 tech, one is supercharged , one I non supercharged. all about Hp and ECU , intercooler. If u change only "long block" to 2008 engine make shore that is also SC engine block. Other way u can broke new engine in 5 min. Good lock .
