2007 Seadoo RXT - Only Nav LED's Stay On?

I have a small problem. When I plug either of my DESS keys in my Seadoo sounds 1 long beep, then all LED's light up for 3 seconds, then all disappear except for the Navigation LED? The Seadoo runs great! Not sure when the LED’s stopped staying on because when I bought it I was told that it was a fuse issue. I have since ruled out the fuses and am being told by our local dealer and BRP that neither of them have heard of this. They have already reprogrammed the keys and want to replace the DESS Post next. They are racking up the bill on me and I’m afraid it’s going to end up being something simple. Need help guys!

I have some information I'll post a bit later today, when I'm on my puter. I have a few tests you can perform on your own with a multi meter. This puter I'm on won't open the manuals for me.

Thanks, any help would be very appreciated. At this point BRP has asked the dealer to swap out the computer system which costs $1,000 and that cost doesn't include labor! To me the whole thing sounds like a simple wiring or contact problem?

In all honestly the Mpem,(Multi Purpose Control Module) is the main control system that controls all the electrical in the seadoo. It sounds like that function is bad inside the MPEM, and they can't be repaired for a problem like that. We have a member on here named Mike, His screen name is "All Things Custom" He deals with mpem's and migh be able to shed some light on your problem. I know he has a repair proceedure for other problems with the MPEM.
