2007 seadoo challenger se

Hey seadoo experts, i have this 2007 seadoo challenger 430hp with the twin engines. The engines running at 3000rpm are equal but at WOT the right engine gets to 8000rpm but the left engine only gets to 6500rpm. I have taken this back to the dealer twice while it was under warrenty but they dont know what they are doing. I just want my boat fixed properly.Thanks

Sounds like you may have a bad supercharger. Take the intake off of the supercharger and carefully try to turn the impeller wheel by hand. If it moves you'll need to rebuild.

Thats probly why they didnt fix it right the first 2 times when it had warrenty on it. I should be able to report this to Seadoo and they should take the dealerships license away because there a bunch of scammers.Do you know what a supercharger cost?

Are you mechanically inclined? If so, it's about $350 to fix it. Here is the part you need:

Supercharger Shaft/Clutch Kit, '08 Spec Rebuild Kit

You don't necessarily need a new supercharger (hopefully!), just this rebuild kit. Also if you are doing this, I HIGHLY suggest you either rebuild your other or atleast replace the washers (Supercharger Clutch Washers '06-07) as they'll be the next to go.
