Hi there
I have 2 2007 Sea-doo RXT and I just reached the 10 hr. Should I change the oil myself or bring it into a dealership for the first oil change and inspection. Also, it's that time of the year in Canada, fall. Therefore I need to winterize them as well. Are there any pointers? Or should I just have it all done at once by a dealer.

I did my 10hr service myself. It doesn't void the warranty as it is stated in the manual. However, the main' required light is showing on my dash. Anyone know a way to reset that light?

Warranty?

According to the factory warranty information, it so states that it will. Can you please cite the source of your information that states you can do this yourself.

Also, that 10 hour service is not about just changing the oil, its about hooking up to the B.U.D.S. software and checking/changing the program of the mpem/ecu as necessary for performance.

If you lose a supercharger after 26 hours of service, there is no documentation that you did a proper break in, therefore, Seadoo can deny you warranty work. When your connected to the VCK, they see everything your ski has done in that 10 hours. There is a virtual graph of your operating parameters of the engine, including the rpm's and if you exceeded the requirements.........along with their ability to see, you they are indeed doing the 10 hour service as per warranty requirements.

These things have the equivalent of the "little black box" recorder that you see them look for when an airplace crashes..............
