I hook the key up and nothing, no beeps or anything. I switched the battery out with one from my other ski that started. Any ideas?

And????

Check the battery cables, and the ground cables where they attach to the front of the engine. Look for signs of corrosion. Check all the fuses. Were you using the lanyard that goes with this machine? I'm not sure what happens if you put a lanyard on that doesn't match the machine actually... I'm sure it won't start with the wrong lanyard, but do they beep or anything?

It finally started, I pulled all of the fuses they were all good, and the plugs on the computer, reconnected them and it started. Not sure if the computer had to reset after a new battery was hooked up or what, but so far so good. Thanks

That's weird! Sounds like something had some corrosion/oxidation and wasn't letting current pass thru. Do you leave the seats on all the time? Humidity builds up inside these things and can really wreak havoc if they aren't allowed to air-out regularly! Every week or two during the wintertime when there is a low-humidity clear/sunny day I uncover and take the seats off mine for a few hours at least to let it air-out, and after a day of riding I ALWAYS remove the seats and let it air and cool off inside for 2-3 hours only putting the seats back on and covering it before going to bed that night! You wouldn't believe how hot and humid they get inside after having been run a few hours, it's like a sauna in there by the time I trailer it home and pull the seats off. High humidity and heat causes corrosion/oxidation of the electrical components so.....
