Launched my 2006 RXT the other day and quickly realized it was filling with water - so back out it came.
Upon filling the hull with water at home on the trailer - it's leaking through BOTH - OPAS grommets inside the Pump cavity where the linkage goes into the hull ( Picture )
All the hoses ( including the one L-shaped from the pump to the Opas valve ) are in good shape and hooked up.
This was a really fast large volume leak at launch that filled it up past the drive shaft in a matter of 3-5 minutes.

Is the OPAS valve stuck or some other common problem that causes this unpleasant watercraft sinking experience ?
What would cause water to fill the hull so fast though the OPAS linkage Tubes ?,RhtGromet leak2 copy.jpg:cuss:

Problem Found - OPAS water tubes both split open

After filling the hull with a garden hose twice I determined both OPAS water tubes were leaking out where the linkage goes through the hull by the jet pump.
I yanked both tubes out ( about an hour job ) and both of them are split open at the top and bottom ! This would have definitely sunk my ride had I taken off from launch !OPAS Tube 3.JPGOPAS leak 1.JPG
