2006 GTI SE Fuel Sending Unit

I have a manual with the resistance readings of the fuel gauge sending unit.

Resistance Ohms Float Height (bottom of float with bottom of pump module (mm))
4.8 +- 2.2 247mm +-5.0
89.8 +-3.6 35.3 +-5.0

So, the lower resistance value = FULL
Higher resistance value = EMPTY

Am I reading this right?

The fuel gage I have has values of (0 ohms = Empty and 90 ohms = Full)

If I am understanding this right, this fuel gauge will not work. Anyone know of one that will work as a 90(empty)-0(full)?

Yes, won't work. The seadoo gauges will work.

I have a 3D printer. Create Dashboard with a PETG. Oil, Water, Fuel, Chemical resistant. GPS speedometer, RPM gauge, and Fuel Gauge. Had to reverse the polarity with a Gauge Matcher (purchased on ebay). Thanks Gene Kook for the support.
