2005 GTX Starting problem.

When I push the start stop switch I get the solenoid click but the engine does not turn over. When I continue to push the S/S switch about 4-6 times it will start. Thought it could be the battery so jumped from the truck battery same problem. My 2006 GTX has had the same thing. Could this be the S/S switch or the solenoid? The battery is over 2 yr old in both boats.

Please help if you can.
