2004 seadoo rxp

Hi temp warning

I'm confused, would love help

I have flushed the jet ski with garden house, didn't fix

I removed hoses from exhaust manifold top and bottom and flushed

I removed screen in propulsion and cleaned wasn't dirty

Remove j pipe and cleaned it out with water and air nothing in there still hi temp

Change sensor still hi temp

I replaced the wear ring still hi temp

I do have a chip in prop will this cause hitemp9cavitation)

Any help is welcome

I had the same problem with my 2003 GTX. Never did figure out what the problem was before, it choked on a long ride and i had to put it out of its misery. I even replaced some sensors (and checked the exhaust, of course). I'd like to hear if anyone ever solved the problem. I don't miss how it screamed like a banshee out of the blue, for no apparent reason. Thrown code never seemed to help.

Nothing in the pissers? The screen in the pump is clear? How about seeing if some sediment or something collected in the hoses? No hoses pinched? Pulled the exhaust manifold and checked the flow? Is the bell intact?

Is it the exhaust high temp sensor and not the engine high temp sensor? What exactly does the warning read?

Check your water pressure output hose at the ic while on the trailer in the water to make sure you're getting good flow.

Check the innercooler and disconnect both hoses and flush. Back flush to the impeller.
How many hours on the your 04. Innercoolers have been know to corrode and fail.

Ride a bit we have flushed the living day lights out of everything in fact we even hooked air compressor with a ton of air

We drilled the 3 holes on the j pipe a little larger and know we can run at a5000 Rome before it hi temps

151 hours on machine my next step is to take intercollegiate out and have cleaned at radiator sjop

I've seen similar in a car from a clogged injector making the AFR lean.
