2004 gtx reverse problem

hey guys, im new to this forum. i have a problem with my reverse lever. i can put it into reverse and the impeller works, but when i switch it to forward, the impeller doesnt move up.

any help would be apprecited.

The Impeller doesn't move up???? The impeller shouldn't move at all, except in a circular motion.
