2003 Sportster, 2 or 4 stroke

I'm looking to purchase a seadoo boat. I've got two 2003 sportsters in mind,
one is a two stroke motor, the other a four stroke. Both boats appear to be in equally good condition. What are the advantages of one over the other, what should I be looking out for ?
