2003 GTX Supercharge Rebuild

So took to lake for first time after complete engine rebuild. Started right up ran perfect. Idled around for about 20 min. Took out to no wake gave gas and low oil light came on. Pulled seat and have oil in the bottom of hull. I don't see any hoses loose or when running it leaking from anywhere ON top of motor. Where could I have dumped all the oil from? PLEASE HELP

There is a fitting right below the SC. Look to see if it is leaking. I don't recall exactly what it is for, I just remember it is there and oil will leak from it/
