2003 gtx suddenly just took on water

Hey guys so I dropped my 2003 gtx into the water today . Road it for a few hot laps then docked it. Came out 3hrs later and the back end was under water. It took on a ton. Plugs are in...where is it coming from...help help help.

When it happened to one of my 06 GTI's it was an exhaust hose clamp that failed & a hose popped off a fitting.

Well issue was the reverse cable nut in the back broke. Installed new one....witch was a pain in the ass,but its sea worthy once again
