Well, I'm sorry to tell you this, but I've been down this road. I suspect you have water inside the information center. Information centers can be disassembled and repaired, but you have to be very careful.
I had pictures of my disassembled information center, but I can't find them since the site converted. In my case, the corrosion on the electrical connector was so bad, that one of the wires was only connected by a single strand of wire. I replaced the information center with a new one ($609.00), but I kept the other parts. This spring when I was getting my skis ready for the season, the other information center died; it is 16 years old. I used the old bits from the first failed information center to fix the second one, and it worked. The problem ... I put it together in my very humid garage. Once together, the water started to condense and puddle at the bottom of the cluster. That just happens to be where Sea-Doo designers put the electrical connector. So my gauge was going nuts and beeping like crazy by the end of my 4 hour ride.
I took it apart again, but this time I did it inside the house in the AC. I let it dry out for 2 days, and sprayed the electrical connections with DeOxit. For now, it's working perfectly.
Hope this helps.
