2002 gtx di no good speed

I just purchased a 2002 gtx di Friday. First time I rode it, it would only do 6000 rpms,39-40 mph, took it to dealer, he changed plugs and added fuel additive, then it turned 6160 rpms, approx 44-45 mp , I took it back again, they checked it on computer, said it had no bad codes, good fuel pressure, they pulled the rave valves and they were gooked up, they cleaned them up and reinstalled them, I took it for another ride and same speeds and rpms. The motor is a fresh rebuild done by them, anyone have any ideas on what could be causing the crappy speeds. the machine gets up and goes perfect but has no top end. I love the machine otherwise....Thanks

Gray Fuel Lines???

I'm not sure what year SeaDoo stopped using gray fuel lines. If your ski has them they need to be replaced, also the main fuel filter and carb filters need to be cleaned or replaced, and the fuel selector valve needs to be replaced.
