How can the water enter into the engine compartment..when engine not even running?

Several locations...open drain plugs, missing aft siphon tube(s), carbon seal, forward intake grate bolt (I hear its a thru bolt) are the ones I know of.
Here are a couple types of water leak tests.
* With your ride on a trailer, get a garden hose and fill your bilge up and over the driveshaft and look for the leak location
* With your ride on a trailer, put it into the water at your ramp, leaving the pwc 'trailer connected', pull the seats, remove obstuctions, and
look for leak location
