2001 Seadoo GTX RFI Low Idle

My ski runs absolutely amazing WOT and low speeds. When I go into a no wake the RPMs go from 1400 and then drop to 1000. Is this a sensor that's bad? Fuel filter? Clogged injectors? Does it just need to be reprogrammed?

Sounds like possibly the TPS sensor but you will need something like the Candoo Pro Scan tool to check and set it. It is a great tool for any injected Seadoo and PWC Muscle, the site sponsor sells them.

I have an 04 that was just rebuilt doing same thing. It would get to 900 and flood out and die. It was a rotary cover that was gouged too deep. Now it comes down to 1400 then slowly drops to 1080-1200 but doesnt die. I cant adjust idle on mine. 04 was fixed plug. I think the can doo pro tps reset did a better job than the dealer budds system. Not sure why but last year i had mine reset when chasing this problem and it ran better and hit higher rpm.
