2001 Seadoo GTI won't start

New battery, spark plugs spark good, turns over normally, but just won't start. Started 2 weeks ago, been sitting in garage whole time. What should I do?

Anybody? I pulled the plugs out and they aren't really wet. It doesn't seem to me that its getting fuel. Any easy way to verify this? Can I pour a little gas in the cylinder to see if it starts? Also noticed that the red oil light under the fuel gage flashes when I start it for the first few seconds. What does that mean?

battery good, got spark...so, try some gas into cylinders, see what happens, if nuth'n, then I say, pull the carb/s and pull the spark plugs, then while turning pto, look down inside intake manifold, and make sure, the RV is turning with the motor. If not, that ur problem, and you'll need to replace the RV assy.
