2001 gtx di

Hello all. I have two 2001 GTX one red and one blue, it seem I having the same problem with both ski's. they will idle for a bit then dye, Red one runs a little longer than the blue. Neither one will respond to any throttle at all. I am thinking of going to the shop and have it ran on the computer. Does this sound like a good thing or a waste of money. Will it tell me whats wrong, or should I have the fuel presure and air presure looked at. Thanks

If new *plugs correctly gapped don't fix it, Yup. Get it on down there.
